Valve selection
How do I choose the right valve family?
Start with the duty: isolation, flow control, non-return protection or flow diversion. Then define the medium, operating envelope, piping requirements and actuation. The final configuration needs a project-specific review.
Read the selection guideWhat if I do not know the material or pressure class?
Include the information you have and mark missing specifications as “to be confirmed”. Attach the piping class or project datasheet if available. Do not infer a material or pressure class from a product photograph.
Prepare an enquiryCan I specify a special operator, seat or material?
Yes, you can include these requirements in your enquiry. Their availability and suitability need to be confirmed in the technical offer; a requested option is not a guarantee of supply.

What should I include in a valve RFQ?
Provide the valve type, size, pressure class, materials, medium, operating and design temperatures, quantity and applicable standards. Include end connections, actuation, drawings and delivery requirements where available.
Read the RFQ checklistIs there a published minimum order quantity or lead time?
No fixed minimum order quantity or lead time is published in this preview. Ask for both in the quotation and confirm the lead-time start point, such as drawing approval or order acceptance.
How should I compare supplier quotations?
Compare the configuration, deviations, testing, documentation and delivery scope before comparing unit prices. A missing requirement should be clarified in writing rather than assumed to be included.

Does a listed API or ASME standard mean the company is certified?
No. A design-standard reference and a company certification are different types of information. Confirm product compliance for the proposed configuration and verify any required certificate separately.
Review standards and certification guidanceAre Vanta Valve certificates available to download?
Verified company certificates have not yet been supplied for this website. No API licence, ISO certification or other third-party approval is claimed in this preview.
View certification statusCan I request technical drawings and test reports?
Include the required drawings, reports, material records and witness points in your RFQ. The final document scope must be agreed in the quotation and purchase order.

Does downloading an RFQ send my enquiry?
No. Downloading creates a text brief on your device. It is not sent to Vanta Valve. A selected attachment is named in the brief but is not bundled with the download.
Open the RFQ formWhich attachments can I add?
The form accepts a single PDF, PNG, JPG, CSV, XLSX, DOCX or TXT file up to 3 MB. For a downloaded RFQ, keep the attachment with the text brief and send them together through your agreed contact channel.
Can I submit an enquiry online now?
Online submission is available only when a receiving service is connected and a Submit Enquiry button is displayed. Until then, use Download RFQ brief to save your requirements locally.
