These are enquiry references, not a statement that every listed standard applies to this product. Compliance must be confirmed for the final configuration.

Materials & customization

State the required material grade for each component. Carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and nickel alloys have different service limits; availability and compatibility require review.

  • Body, ball or closure member, stem and trim grades
  • Seat, packing and sealing requirements
  • Operator, accessories, coating and marking requirements

Design features

For applicable ball-valve configurations, identify requirements for DBB or DIB, fire testing, anti-static design and stem retention. These features are configuration-dependent and must be documented in the technical offer.

Testing & inspection

Specify the test standard, pressure-test acceptance criteria, supplementary examination, witness points and required records. Agree on the inspection and test plan before order release.

Technical drawing

Dimensioned drawings should reflect the quoted size, connections and actuation. Verified drawings have not yet been published for this product.

Applications

Application suitability requires review of the complete process conditions.

Frequently asked questions

What information is needed for a quotation?

Provide valve type, size, pressure class, materials, medium, operating temperature, quantity and required standards. Attach the project datasheet if available.

Can I specify special materials or actuation?

Include your body, trim, seat, seal and actuator requirements in the enquiry. Availability and suitability must be confirmed for the proposed configuration.

Are design features and certifications included as standard?

No. Specify required features, testing and documentation in your RFQ. They must be confirmed in the technical offer; a listed option is not a certification claim.
